  • Badge Consistency Fix: Fixed badge mismatch between GoValid web and OJS - Badge now fetched from the correct API endpoint (/api/v1/community/badges/avatar/) to ensure the user's primary badge is displayed accurately
  • OJS 3.3/3.4 Session Compatibility: Fixed HTTP 500 error on login caused by incompatible session method calls between OJS versions
  • Saved Templates Cleanup: Removed user-saved templates from database for fresh installation
  • Fixed currency display issue for credit/pay-as-you-go users - now shows correct currency symbol and formatting

  • Added expandable Balance/Quota accordion section in the certificate designer

  • Added Anti-Counterfeit Tags field in QR Content tab - allows adding custom tags for anti-counterfeit tracking
  • Anti-Counterfeit Tags can be toggled on/off with existing tags displayed as clickable badges

  • Fixed 2FA and email OTP (risk-based) login form - OTP input fields no longer appear zoomed/oversized

  • PIN verification now required before generating signed QR codes when 'Signed By' is enabled
  • Added 10-second countdown delay after QR code generation to prevent duplicate submissions
  • Changed default Security Level from 'Secure' to 'Smart (Balance)'

UI Changes

Installation Guide

Download the Plugin

Download the appropriate zip file for your OJS version from the table above.

Access Plugin Manager

Navigate to Settings → Website → Plugins in your OJS admin panel.

Upload Plugin

Click 'Upload A New Plugin' and select the downloaded zip file.

Enable Plugin

Find 'GoValid OJS' in the Generic Plugins list and enable it.

Ready to Use!

Access the Certificate Designer from the plugin settings or the Floating Action Button (FAB).
