1. 利用規約の承諾

By accessing and using our platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

注: 本規約に記載されているすべての日は、別途指定がない限り、営業日 (月曜日～金曜日、インドネシアの祝日を除く) を指します。

2. Platform Definition

These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms operated by PT Digital Engineering Indonesia:

Unified Account System: Your account is shared across all our platforms. Registering on one platform provides access to all platforms with a single login.

3. Service Description

3.1 GoValid Services

  • Sustainable digital presence with earth-first approach

4. Account Registration

当社のサービスをご利用いただくには、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。

  • 正確かつ完全な登録情報を提供する
  • アカウント認証情報のセキュリティを維持する
  • 18歳以上であるか、保護者の同意を得ていること
  • アカウントの不正使用があった場合は直ちに当社に通知してください

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Business Models

GoValid では 7 種類の QR コードを提供しています。

  • サブスクリプションプラン: Annual subscription with monthly QR code quotas. Multiple tiers available from Free to Ultimate.
  • クレジットプリペイド: Purchase credits and pay per QR code generated. No monthly commitment required.

5.2 Payment Terms
  • サブスクリプションは年間前払いで請求されます
  • クレジット購入は返金不可です
  • 支払いはStripeまたはiPaymuを通じて処理されます
  • 価格は30営業日前までに通知すれば変更されることがあります
  • IDR以外の支払いには通貨換算レートが適用されます
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
5.3 Apple App Store Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:

  • 支払い: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our platforms (GoValid and NexHub) for:

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities - Zero Tolerance Policy
  • テロ: テロ活動や組織を支援、促進、または促進するコンテンツ
  • 人身売買: 人身売買、奴隷制、または個人の搾取に関連するコンテンツ
  • 違法薬物: 違法薬物、麻薬、または規制物質の宣伝、販売、または配布

違反した場合の結果:

  • 即時かつ永久的なアカウント終了
  • 払い戻しはできません - 支払はすべて没収されます
  • すべてのQRコードとデータが完全に削除されました
  • 関係法執行機関に提出された報告書
  • 刑事訴追の可能性
  • Ban from all GoValid and NexHub services permanently

7. Intellectual Property

  • PT Digital Engineering Indonesia retains all rights to GoValid, NexHub, and associated software and branding

8. Data Privacy and Security

9. Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our platforms are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind

11. Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through:

Upon account deletion, all your data including QR codes, scan history, documents, and personal information will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

13. Modifications to Terms

  • 当社はこれらの規約をいつでも更新することがあります

14. Governing Law

本規約はインドネシア法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、インドネシア・ジャカルタの裁判所で解決されるものとします。
