1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Note: All days mentioned in these terms refer to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays) unless otherwise specified.

2. Platform Definition

These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms operated by PT Digital Engineering Indonesia:

Unified Account System: Your account is shared across all our platforms. Registering on one platform provides access to all platforms with a single login.

3. Service Description

3.1 GoValid Services

• QR code generation for various purposes (URL, email, SMS, social media, etc.)
• QR code management and analytics
• Document verification services
• Landing page creation for QR codes
• Subscription-based and credit-based pricing models

3.2 NexHub Services

• Personal digital identity pages (Hub)
• Link management and social profile aggregation
• QR-powered digital business cards
• Elite Link custom subdomains (username.linkhub.earth)
• Hub analytics and visitor insights
• Sustainable digital presence with earth-first approach

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Business Models

GoValid offers two pricing models:

• Subscription (Plan-Based): Annual subscription with monthly QR code quotas. Multiple tiers available from Free to Ultimate.
• Credit (Pay-as-you-go): Purchase credits and pay per QR code generated. No monthly commitment required.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription plans are billed annually in advance
• Credit purchases are one-time payments
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Stripe, iPaymu)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 business days notice
• Currency conversion rates apply for non-IDR payments
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5.3 Apple App Store Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our platforms (GoValid and NexHub) for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing, scamming, or deceiving users
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassment, defamation, or harmful content
• Circumventing service limitations or security measures

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities - Zero Tolerance Policy

• Terrorism: Any content supporting, promoting, or facilitating terrorist activities or organizations
• Human Trafficking: Content related to human trafficking, slavery, or exploitation of individuals
• Illegal Drugs: Promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Child Exploitation: Any form of child abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors
• Pornography: Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Violence & Hate: Content promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, or extremism
• Weapons & Explosives: Illegal weapons trafficking or instructions for creating harmful devices
• Money Laundering: Activities related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes

Consequences of Violation:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• No refunds - all payments are forfeited
• All QR codes and data permanently deleted
• Report filed with relevant law enforcement agencies
• Potential criminal prosecution
• Ban from all GoValid and NexHub services permanently

7. Intellectual Property

• PT Digital Engineering Indonesia retains all rights to GoValid, NexHub, and associated software and branding
• You retain ownership of content you upload to create QR codes
• You grant GoValid a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• You must have the right to use any content you upload

8. Data Privacy and Security

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• QR code scan data is collected for analytics purposes
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QR codes

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our platforms are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your payment fails or is disputed
• You request account deletion

11.1 Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through:

• Web: Account Settings → Delete Account
• Mobile App: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Upon account deletion, all your data including QR codes, scan history, documents, and personal information will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time
• Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
