১. শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

By accessing and using our platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

দ্রষ্টব্য: এই শর্তাবলীতে উল্লিখিত সমস্ত দিন ব্যবসায়িক দিনগুলিকে বোঝায় (সোমবার-শুক্রবার, ইন্দোনেশিয়ান সরকারি ছুটির দিনগুলি বাদে) যদি না অন্যথায় নির্দিষ্ট করা হয়।

2. Platform Definition

These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms operated by PT Digital Engineering Indonesia:

Unified Account System: Your account is shared across all our platforms. Registering on one platform provides access to all platforms with a single login.

3. Service Description

3.1 GoValid Services
  • বিভিন্ন উদ্দেশ্যে (URL, ইমেল, SMS, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, ইত্যাদি) QR কোড তৈরি করা।
  • QR কোড ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং বিশ্লেষণ
  • নথি যাচাই পরিষেবা
  • QR কোডের জন্য ল্যান্ডিং পৃষ্ঠা তৈরি
  • সাবস্ক্রিপশন-ভিত্তিক এবং ক্রেডিট-ভিত্তিক মূল্য নির্ধারণের মডেল
3.2 NexHub Services
  • Personal digital identity pages (Hub)
  • Link management and social profile aggregation
  • QR-powered digital business cards
  • Elite Link custom subdomains (username.linkhub.earth)
  • Hub analytics and visitor insights
  • Sustainable digital presence with earth-first approach

4. Account Registration

আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করার জন্য, আপনাকে অবশ্যই:

  • সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ নিবন্ধন তথ্য প্রদান করুন
  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের শংসাপত্রের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখুন
  • কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে অথবা পিতামাতার সম্মতি থাকতে হবে
  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের যেকোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে আমাদের অবিলম্বে অবহিত করুন।

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Business Models

GoValid offers two pricing models:

  • Subscription (Plan-Based): Annual subscription with monthly QR code quotas. Multiple tiers available from Free to Ultimate.
  • Credit (Pay-as-you-go): Purchase credits and pay per QR code generated. No monthly commitment required.

5.2 Payment Terms
  • Subscription plans are billed annually in advance
  • Credit purchases are one-time payments
  • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Stripe, iPaymu)
  • ৩০ কার্যদিবসের নোটিশের মাধ্যমে দাম পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
  • মুদ্রা রূপান্তর হার আইডিআর-বহির্ভূত অর্থপ্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
5.3 Apple App Store Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:

  • পেমেন্ট: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our platforms (GoValid and NexHub) for:

  • ম্যালওয়্যার, ভাইরাস, অথবা ক্ষতিকারক কোডের বিতরণ
  • ফিশিং, প্রতারণা, অথবা ব্যবহারকারীদের প্রতারণা করা
  • বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি অধিকার লঙ্ঘন
  • হয়রানি, মানহানি, অথবা ক্ষতিকারক কন্টেন্ট
  • পরিষেবার সীমাবদ্ধতা বা নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা এড়িয়ে যাওয়া
6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities - Zero Tolerance Policy
  • সন্ত্রাসবাদ: সন্ত্রাসী কার্যকলাপ বা সংগঠনকে সমর্থন, প্রচার, বা সহায়তাকারী যেকোনো বিষয়বস্তু
  • মানব পাচার: মানব পাচার, দাসত্ব, অথবা ব্যক্তিদের শোষণ সম্পর্কিত বিষয়বস্তু
  • অবৈধ মাদকদ্রব্য: অবৈধ মাদক, মাদকদ্রব্য, বা নিয়ন্ত্রিত পদার্থের প্রচার, বিক্রয় বা বিতরণ
  • শিশু শোষণ: যেকোনো ধরণের শিশু নির্যাতন, শোষণ, অথবা অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের সাথে জড়িত অনুপযুক্ত বিষয়বস্তু
  • পর্নোগ্রাফি: প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য সামগ্রী, পর্নোগ্রাফি, অথবা যেকোনো ধরণের যৌন স্পষ্ট উপাদান
  • হিংসা ও ঘৃণা: হিংসা, ঘৃণাত্মক বক্তব্য, বৈষম্য, বা চরমপন্থা প্রচারকারী সামগ্রী
  • অস্ত্র ও বিস্ফোরক: অবৈধ অস্ত্র পাচার বা ক্ষতিকারক ডিভাইস তৈরির নির্দেশাবলী
  • মানি লন্ডারিং: মানি লন্ডারিং, জালিয়াতি, বা আর্থিক অপরাধ সম্পর্কিত কার্যকলাপ

লঙ্ঘনের পরিণতি:

  • তাৎক্ষণিক এবং স্থায়ী অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধকরণ
  • কোনও ফেরত নেই - সমস্ত পেমেন্ট বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে
  • সমস্ত QR কোড এবং ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হয়েছে
  • সংশ্লিষ্ট আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার কাছে প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করা হয়েছে
  • সম্ভাব্য ফৌজদারি মামলা
  • Ban from all GoValid and NexHub services permanently

7. Intellectual Property

  • PT Digital Engineering Indonesia retains all rights to GoValid, NexHub, and associated software and branding
  • QR কোড তৈরি করার জন্য আপনি যে কন্টেন্ট আপলোড করেন তার মালিকানা আপনার কাছেই থাকবে।
  • পরিষেবা প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজনে আপনার কন্টেন্ট প্রক্রিয়াকরণ এবং প্রদর্শনের জন্য আপনি GoValid কে একটি লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন।
  • আপনার আপলোড করা যেকোনো কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহারের অধিকার আপনার অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে

8. Data Privacy and Security

  • We collect and process data as described in our গোপনীয়তা নীতি
  • বিশ্লেষণের উদ্দেশ্যে QR কোড স্ক্যান ডেটা সংগ্রহ করা হয়
  • আমরা শিল্প-মানের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বাস্তবায়ন করি
  • আপনার QR কোডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য আপনি দায়ী।

9. Service Availability

  • আমরা ৯৯.৯% আপটাইমের জন্য চেষ্টা করি কিন্তু নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবার নিশ্চয়তা দিই না
  • সম্ভব হলে নির্ধারিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের সময় আগেই ঘোষণা করা হবে।
  • আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে পরিষেবা ব্যাহত হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

10. Limitation of Liability

আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত:

  • Our platforms are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • আমরা পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই।
  • আমাদের মোট দায় গত ১২ মাসে আপনার দ্বারা প্রদত্ত পরিমাণের বেশি হবে না।

11. Termination

আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ বা স্থগিত করতে পারি যদি:

  • আপনি এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করছেন
  • আপনি প্রতারণামূলক বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হন
  • আপনার পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হয়েছে অথবা বিতর্কিত হয়েছে
  • আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করছেন
11.1 Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through:

Upon account deletion, all your data including QR codes, scan history, documents, and personal information will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate রিফান্ড নীতি for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি।
  • গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনগুলি ইমেল বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
  • পরিবর্তনের পরেও ক্রমাগত ব্যবহার গ্রহণযোগ্যতা গঠন করে

14. Governing Law

এই শর্তাবলী ইন্দোনেশিয়ার আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। যেকোনো বিরোধ ইন্দোনেশিয়ার জাকার্তার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।
