At GoValid, we strive to provide the best QR code generation and management service. We understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations, and we offer refunds under certain conditions.

Note: All days mentioned in this policy refer to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You have an active paid subscription (Starter, Business, or Ultimate plan)
  • You request cancellation with more than 7 business days remaining in your current billing period
  • You have not generated more than 10 QR codes after payment
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Cancel your subscription from your account settings
  2. If eligible, our support team will contact you within 2 business days
  3. Provide any requested information to verify your account
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval

4. Refund Amount Calculation

Refund amounts are calculated based on:

  • Prorated amount for unused days in the billing period
  • Deductions may apply for excessive usage or platform resources consumed
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan accounts
  • Credit-based purchases (pay-as-you-go model)
  • Subscriptions cancelled with 7 business days or less remaining
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month usage

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Virtual Account: 3-5 business days
  • E-Wallet: 1-3 business days
Apple App Store Purchases: Refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are managed directly by Apple. We cannot process these refunds on our end. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  1. Create a support ticket at Support Ticket System
  2. Provide detailed information about your refund request
  3. Include any supporting documentation
  4. Our support team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  5. Final decisions are made by our management team
